Exchanges & Returns Policy
＜Returns and exchanges requested by customers＞ Due to the nature of consulting services, refunds are not available once services have been delivered, except in cases of force majeure circumstances. Any cancellation requests must be made before service delivery begins. ＜Returns and exchanges for defective goods and services＞ If the delivered consulting service does not meet the agreed specifications or contains errors, please contact us at nishanov.aziz@gmail.com. We will provide revised deliverables or partial refunds at no additional cost to the client.

Delivery times
Consultation reports will be delivered within 7 business days after service agreement and payment confirmation.

Payments are due immediately upon service agreement. Credit card payments are processed immediately, while bank transfers must be completed before service commencement.

Custom pricing ranging from ¥150,000 to ¥300,000 (including consumption tax). Final pricing determined through client consultation based on project scope and requirements.
